And I've helped over 1000 people to resolve the impact of trauma in their lives. So I know my way around a therapeutic process, coaching programme or workshop.
I've done the above through one on one therapy or coaching, specialty programmes, workshops and retreats. I like to think I've got a very unique skill set, along with a passionate and intelligent approach to working with others.
