Interactive Workshop for: Leaders and Managers

The single most influential factor in a change initiative is the extent to which leaders commit from the outset to open, honest, and complete disclosure.

Resistance to change usually stems from one of three key areas: “I don’t get it,” “I don’t like it,” and “I don’t like you.” Only the first of these arises from communicating the content of the change and it can be addressed. The other two are emotional reactions, respectively, to the proposed change or the change messenger.

Research shows that there are four key areas that will ensure that you can create buy-in to change. Developing practical strategies suited to the business environment can assist leaders to improve organisational capacity for change.
