Interactive Workshop for: Middle level (EL1/EL2) public service managers
This three-day training program is designed to provide middle level (EL1/EL2) public service managers an understanding of the psychological challenges that community trauma creates and assist with staff management post COVID-19.
This program will assist managers to better understand the challenges that trauma imposes on our society, individuals and the way that they work. It will provide them with in-depth understanding of how to manage staff in the workplace, including through change, utilising a variety of skills, without causing psychological injury.
Kerry takes a holistic approach starting with a broad overview of the psychological factors at play when staff experience trauma, managing their return to work and providing a clear framework that needs to be followed to reduce likelihood of causing psychological stresses.
